Welcome to Oye Adventure! By booking and participating in our paragliding services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- Reservations: All paragliding services must be booked in advance through our website or authorized agents.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
2. Participant Requirements
- Age and Health: Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian. All participants must be in good health and free from conditions that could be aggravated by paragliding.
- Weight Limits: There may be weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please check our specific weight limits at the time of booking.
- Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability form before the flight.
3. Safety and Conduct
- Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions provided by Oye Adventure staff and pilots.
- Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided. Participants must use the provided safety gear at all times during the flight.
- Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a risk to themselves or others.
4. Weather and Conditions
- Cancellations: Flights are subject to weather conditions. Oye Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights in the event of unsafe conditions.
- Refunds: In case of weather-related cancellations, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Paragliding involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Limitation of Liability: Oye Adventure is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our paragliding services, except where caused by our negligence.
6. Personal Data
- Privacy: We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
7. Changes to Terms
